A holistic approach - it’s like functional medicine and therapy—but for your money.

As a strong, capable woman, you want to feel as successful managing your money as you do in the rest of your life. But most of us were never taught much about money—so asking for help can sometimes feel intimidating... even terrifying, especially if you’ve had past experiences or carry a fear of being judged.

If you’ve ever wanted a safe, supportive space not just to learn about money—but to explore the emotions and mindset behind it, and get to the root causes of your challenges so that you can create real, lasting change….

A space infused with compassion, curiosity, and possibility, where you can build confidence in your financial decisions, set up simple but powerful money practices and systems, and create a relationship with money that feels easier, more intentional, and aligned with your values and goals….

You’ve found that here.

“I have so much more clarity and confidence than I did before.”

"At first, I wasn’t sure if hiring a financial coach was a smart use of money—or just me throwing more money at a problem. But I realized I needed support, structure, and a system to finally feel in control of my finances. Working with Debbie turned out to be absolutely worth it. I have so much more clarity and confidence than I did before."

— Jen Z., Solopreneur

I'm Debbie, a former financial advisor, turned financial coach.

I’ve spent over two decades in the finance world—so I know a lot about money. But I also know that traditional financial advice often feels rigid, judgmental, or just not built for your life.

I believe in personalized, real solutions, not rigid rules. Strategy and experience guide my work—but so does reality. Because what “works” on paper doesn’t always work in your world. Your life. Your goals. Your money.

Many years ago, I was fortunate to spend three weeks in Japan. During that time, I was introduced to the principle of Kaizen — the idea that small, consistent steps can lead to big, lasting change. That approach has shaped how I coach.

So many smart, capable women often feel stuck in all-or-nothing patterns — who feel like they need to do everything perfectly — or not at all. I’ve been there too. Whether it’s budgeting, exercising, or cleaning the house, we tell ourselves that if we can’t go all in, we may as well not start.

My mission? To help you take control of your finances in a way that feels calm, doable, and tailored to you—no shame, no jargon, and definitely no “just skip the latte” advice.

Welcome to a space where practical financial strategies meet clarity, confidence, and a whole lot less stress.

The values at the heart of my coaching

Education

Education is the foundation of financial change. I don’t just go over numbers — I help you understand the “why” behind your decisions. Your habits and attitudes reveal ingrained thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that influence your decisions. Understanding these patterns leads to more relevant, effective, and individualized money management strategies.

Compassion

By embracing compassion as a financial coach, I can move beyond simply providing financial advice and become a trusted guide who supports you in navigating your financial journey with greater understanding and care. This includes listening closely, honoring your experiences, and offering support in a way that feels thoughtful, kind, and insightful.

Fulfillment

Financial well-being is deeply connected to our overall sense of fulfillment. When you feel more in control of your finances, it positively impacts every area of your life — your relationships, your health, your confidence, and your peace of mind. As you align your financial decisions with your values and goals, you experience a greater sense of purpose and satisfaction.

Here’s what I know…

Money doesn’t come with an instruction manual.

Yet somehow, you’re expected to just know how to budget, plan, save, and spend wisely—without ever being taught.

So many smart, capable people feel lost when it comes to money, even with all the apps, books and podcasts out there. The reason? Because it’s broad information, not tailored to your specific situation or life.

With the right personalized support, you can learn to manage money in a way that feels aligned with your life and values and you’'ll get to your goals faster.

Money is never just about the numbers.

Money stirs up lots of emotions. Shame, anxiety, embarrassment... even when you're doing your best.

Instead of being a neutral tool, money reflects your fears, beliefs, and past experiences. It’s a mirror of the stories you don’t even know you’re carrying, influencing your behavior.

I’ll help you untangle those emotional patterns, so money feels like a steady, supportive force — one that feels empowering, not stressful.
